为合理确定6BX 40型苎麻剥制机滚刀参数,设计了9种不同参数的滚刀,进行了三因素三水平的正交试验。通过分析各参数对纤维损失率、纤维胶质含量和功率消耗3个指标的影响,得出较优的参数组合为：滚刀直径45 mm,刃齿螺旋角4,°刃齿前角8°。剥制试验表明：在滚刀切削速度1.2 m/s、麻皮输送速度0.6 m/s的条件下,纤维损失率4.3%,纤维胶质质量分数25.8%,功率消耗0.92 kW。
