目的 探讨胃癌根治术后营养状态变化。方法 对胃癌根治性全胃切除 9例和胃部分切除 14例患者术前、术后 1个月和 6个月的营养状态进行了测定与对比研究。结果 结果表明 ,虽然术后 1个月患者均存在一定程度的营养不良 ,但术后 6个月绝大多数患者营养状态良好 ,且全胃切除和胃部分切除患者术后营养状态无明显差别。结论 只要有全胃切除指征 ,且患者能耐受此手术 ,应积极施行 ,不必担心术后可能出现营养不良而轻易放弃此术式 ,以免使患者失去治愈机会。
Objective To investigate the changes of nutritional status after radical resection of gastric cancer. Methods The nutritional status of 9 cases of radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer and 14 cases of partial gastrectomy before operation, 1 month and 6 months after operation were measured and compared. Results The results showed that although there was a certain degree of malnutrition in patients 1 month after surgery, the majority of patients were in good nutritional status at 6 months postoperatively, and there was no significant difference in postoperative nutritional status between patients who underwent total gastrectomy and partial gastrectomy. Conclusion As long as there are indications for total gastrectomy, and the patient can tolerate the operation, it should be actively implemented. Don’t worry about postoperative malnutrition and can easily give up this procedure, so as not to make the patient lose the chance of healing.
