一、绪 言 在铝合金等精密铸造中,常用石膏铸型,因它成形容易,且能制作复杂形状的铸型。可是该铸型干燥时间长;干燥后强度较低,在操作中易破损,作型芯时,浇注后清理较困难。 众所周知,为了调节石膏凝固时间,可加入各种无机盐类,但凝固或干燥后石膏的可溶性,几乎未见报导。为达到在石膏中加入水溶性盐,使干燥后的铸型具有水溶性,强度得到提高,又易于清理,我们进行了实验。
I. INTRODUCTION In precision casting such as aluminum alloy, gypsum mold is commonly used because it is easy to form and can produce molds of complicated shapes. However, the mold long drying time; lower strength after drying, easy to break in the operation, for the core, pouring after cleaning more difficult. As we all know, in order to adjust the gypsum solidification time, you can add a variety of inorganic salts, but after solidification or drying gypsum solubility, almost no report. In order to achieve the gypsum by adding water-soluble salt, so that the mold after drying with water-soluble, enhanced strength, but also easy to clean, we conducted experiments.
