通过对紧链力的研究,找到了链条张紧力的最小张力点,得到了紧链力与运输方向的关系,以及紧链力的大小与工作面倾角的关系。重点关注了上行运输时链条的张紧力,指出机尾链轮与刮板链的分离点是最小张力点,机头链轮与刮板链的啮入点是最大张力点。在此基础上,分析上行运输带来的危害及原因,并提出了降低其危害程度的方法。
Through the study of the chain tension force, the minimum tension point of the chain tension was found. The relationship between the chain tension and the transportation direction and the relationship between the chain tension and the face inclination were obtained. Focusing on the tension of the chain during the ascending transport, it is pointed out that the separation point between the tail sprocket and the scraper chain is the minimum tension point, and the meshing point of the chain sprocket and scraper chain is the maximum tension point. On the basis of this, the author analyzes the hazards brought by upstream transportation and their causes, and puts forward some methods to reduce their harm.
