2009年中国粗钢产量达到5.65亿吨,钢渣作为钢铁生产的副产品,达到7400万吨,而多年积存的钢渣2亿多吨。经过长期的努力,我国钢渣资源化利用技术取得了一定进展,钢渣已经成功地应用于水泥、建材、道路工程、农业生产、冶金炉料和污水处理等领域,但是钢渣综合利用率不高,只有10%左右。在建材中的利用方式主要有3种,即生产水泥、矿粉、集料。
In 2009, China’s crude steel output reached 565 million tons, with steel slag as a by-product of steel production reaching 74 million tons, while steel slag accumulated over 200 million tons. Through long-term efforts, some progress has been made in utilization of steel slag resources in China. Steel slag has been successfully applied in the fields of cement, building materials, road engineering, agricultural production, metallurgical charge and sewage treatment, but the comprehensive utilization rate of steel slag is not high, only 10 %about.
