茶树栽培起源于我国,云贵川是其发生地,由于南方的气候及环境条件使其在系统发育过程中形成了喜湿润、怕干寒的特性。茶树北引山东后,无 论降水量、大气湿度,土壤酸碱度等都较南方为次,尤其寒冷的气候,常使茶树受严重冻害,造成茶叶产量低而不稳,影响茶农种茶的积极性。解决冻害已成为山东茶树栽培的关键。
