运用反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定人体血浆中的胺碘酮浓度。用己腈直接沉淀血浆蛋白在ＨＰＬＣ上直接进样，具有操作步骤简便的优点。０．５～１０．０ｕｇ／ｍｌ范围内，日内变异系数４．５～６．１％；日间变异系数５．３～９．６％，最低检测限０．０３ｕｇ，胺碘酮保留时间６．０８ｍｉｎ。
