Misdiagnosis of retroperitoneal lymphangiomyopathy as ovarian cancer in 1 case as follows. 1 medical record summary female, 39 years old. Right lower quadrant pain 6d 2009-04-13 admission. Physical examination: right lower quadrant palpable mass, light tenderness, unclear boundaries. Check blood CA125: 173mIU / ml. Choi ultrasound shows: the right lower abdomen see a capsule of solid mass, the size of about 6.4cm × 8.1cm, the border is not clear, the internal echo uneven. Clinical diagnosis: (1) ovarian cancer; (2) ovarian cysts
