肾盂源性囊肿并不少见,而起源于肾实质,在肾表面形成一个巨大囊肿则未见报道。作者曾遇一例,现报道如下。 张某某,14岁,男,赣县人。因左腰部阵发性疼痛伴发热,尿频尿急20余天,发现左腰腹部包块4～5天入院。20天前即感左腰隐痛,阵发性发作,并向同侧会阴、大腿内侧放射,伴尿频、尿急、发热。曾在当地行抗炎对症治疗有所缓解。数日后上述症状复发,近4～5天发现左腰腹包块,始为小儿拳大小,后日渐增大,伴有乳白色尿,因包块性质待查入院。

Anti-inflammatory symptomatic treatment was relieved locally. A few days after the recurrence of the above symptoms, nearly 4 to 5 days found that the left waist abdominal mass, beginning with the size of pediatric fist, after the gradual increase, accompanied by milky urine, due to the nature of mass to be admitted to hospital.
