建筑给排水随着建筑业的发展逐步形成了一个完整的专业体系,建筑给排水节能的概念也并非仅指传统意义上的减少用水量,而是以保证人们生活质量为前提,同时满足使用要求、给排水系统正常运行。建筑给排水节能措施与给排水系统的各个环节息息相关,施工不规范、使用劣质材料等原因所造成的水资源浪费是设计人员所不可监控的。作为给排水的设计人员,应在能力所及的范围内做出合理的节水设计,依靠有效的管理及先进的技术施工措施来真正意义上地提升资源的有效利用率。
