教学模式是在一定教学理论的指导下,为了达到特定的育人目标、采用特定的教学程序而设定的一种操作样式。一种教学模式在一定区域推广是否会造成千人一面,主要要看该模式的目标到底是什么,其次是看这个特定的程序能否达到这个特定的育人目标。如果某个模式的目标就是要张扬学生个性,培养创新型人才,那又怎能带来千人一面的结果呢?因此,不仅不应拒绝好的模式,而且要大力推广,只是我们在选择模式前要认真甄别。一、课改教学模式理论依据的探讨
