发展玉米生产,必须破除玉米是单一粮食的旧观念,确立玉米在饲料中的主导地位,发展牧业转化增值,树立新的决策观念。即由产量型向品质型;由单一粮食生产型转向深层开发和综合利用型;由内向型转向外向型;由秸秆单一燃料型转向秸秆还田,根茬肥田利用型。在新的观念指导下,强调玉米的综合利用,从而开拓了高产、优质、高效的广阔发展前景。
To develop corn production, we must break the old notion that corn is a single grain, establish the dominant position of corn in feed, develop the value-added of animal husbandry, and establish a new concept of decision-making. From production to quality; from single grain production to deep development and comprehensive utilization; from inward-oriented to outward-oriented; from single-fuel straw to straw-returning and root-stubble utilization. Under the guidance of the new concept, emphasizing the comprehensive utilization of corn, which opened up a high yield, high quality, high efficiency and broad prospects for development.
