随着经济的快速发展,企业为更好地适应激烈的市场竞争也随之开始进行企业制度的改革,在企业制度改革中企业人力资源管理是企业制度改革的重点,而在企业人力资源制度改革中员工的绩效考核管理制度的改革则是企业人力资源管理制度改革的“心脏”。目前,在我国企业中特别是中小企业,在对人力资源管理中的绩效管理制度改革中存在着很多问题,这些问题不仅阻碍了企业对人力资源进行有效的管理,同时也阻碍了企业在激烈的市场竞争中健康、快速的发展。本文通过对企业人力资源制度改革中的员工绩效管理制度改革进行分析,将制度理论联系实践,提出建立企业绩效考核管理制度一体化的构想,为企业人力资源管理制度的改革提供参考,促进我国企业尤其是中小企业走向正规化、先进化、科学化的人力资源管理道路。
