重庆市经济社会发展“十五”完成情况“十五”期间重庆市经济社会发展取得巨大成就,是发展快、人民得实惠多、发生显著变化的五年。“十五”计划可量化的35项指标中,有20项指标提前1年达到预期目标。“十五”期间全市GDF和人均GDP分别年均增长11％、10．6％(按户籍人口计算)。初步统计,2005年全市(3DP达到3069亿元,按常住人口计算的人均GDP达到11060元；全社会固定资产投资达到2006亿元,地方财政收入达到395亿元,比2000年分别增长2倍和2.8倍；社会消费品零售总额达到1216亿元,比2000年增长89％；城乡居民收入分别达到10244元和2785元,比2000年分别增长66％和47％。
Completion of the Tenth Five-year Plan for Chongqing’s Economic and Social Development During the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period, Chongqing achieved great achievements in its economic and social development. It is a five-year period of rapid development, substantial benefits to the people and remarkable changes. Among the 35 indicators that can be quantified in the “10th Five-Year Plan”, 20 of them have reached the expected target one year in advance. During the “Tenth Five-year Plan”, the city’s GDF and per capita GDP increased by 11% and 10.6% respectively year on year (calculated by census register population). According to preliminary statistics, in 2005, the city’s 3DP reached 306.9 billion yuan, and the per capita GDP based on the resident population reached 11,060 yuan. The investment in fixed assets in the whole society reached 206 billion yuan and the local fiscal revenue reached 39.5 billion yuan, an increase of 2 times over 2000 2.8 times. The total retail sales of consumer goods reached 121.6 billion yuan, an increase of 89% over 2000. The income of urban and rural residents reached 10244 yuan and 2785 yuan respectively, an increase of 66% and 47% respectively over 2000.
