心电图运动试验是冠心病诊断的重要方法,阳性标准、测量方法虽有规定,但在掌握和测量时仍存在不少问题。木文重点分析普查的835例心电图运动试验并对已定标准和测量方法提出商讨意见。方法标准一、资料来源:从40岁以上冠心病普查中选有心电图运动试验、透视、眼底、血清胆固醇、查体等资料完整者共835例。二、测量方法:S—T段测量方法除冠心病诊断标准规定外又作以下补充。(1) 缺血型S—T段改变θ角≥90度(R波顶点至基线所作的垂线与S—T段延长线的交角)。(2) 近似缺血型θ角界于80～89度之间。(3) j点下移θ角小于80度。
