内翻性乳头状瘤是头颈部一种不寻常的特殊肿瘤,具有良性病理形态和恶性临床表现。细胞膜糖蛋白对细胞的生物学特征起重要作用,文章研究乳头状瘤糖蛋白结合物的组织细胞化学。用花生凝集素(peanut agglutinin,PNA)Jack豆球蛋白(concanavalin A,Con-A),癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)和角蛋白显示内翻性乳头状瘤细胞膜内糖蛋白结合物的改变。对20例正常鼻粘膜,40例鼻息肉,40例内翻性乳头状瘤,30例乳头状腺癌进行研究,所有组织用福尔马
Inverted papilloma is an unusual special head and neck cancer with benign pathology and malignant clinical manifestations. Cell membrane glycoproteins play an important role in the biological characteristics of cells, and the article studies the histocytochemistry of papilloma glycoprotein conjugates. The change of glycoprotein conjugates in the membrane of inverted papilloma cells with peanut agglutinin (PNA), concanavalin A (Con-A), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and keratin . Twenty cases of normal nasal mucosa, 40 cases of nasal polyps, 40 cases of inverted papilloma and 30 cases of papillary adenocarcinoma were studied. All the tissues were cultured with Formal
