涂培友艺术简介1962年生,祖籍芜湖,生于合肥,成长于淮南,华中师范大学国画专业毕业中国电力美协理事,中国电力书画院特聘书画家中国工笔画学会会员,安徽省美协会员,农工党安徽省书画院理事国家二级美术师2002年,《江南月夜》入选中国奖术家协会主办的全国第五届工笔画大展并获收碑奖;2002年,《延益子孙》入选中国美术家协会主办的“同里——保护世界文化通产国际中国画作
