本文是对淮南发电厂EM—70型中速球式磨煤机,空心钢球研制过程的工作小结。内容包括;材质选择的依据,空心球用钢(75MnCr_2NiMo—暂定钢号)的试炼,空心球的造型、浇铸和热处理等各项内容。通过对已试制出的空心钢球的性能和结构的检查与数据分析,并提出建议,可供今后生产该型空心球时的参考。对于E型中速磨煤机空心球使用材质的进一步提高和生产定型工作,将在运行试验后再做出改进安排。
This article is a brief summary of the development process of EM-70 medium speed ball mill and hollow steel ball in Huainan Power Plant. The content includes; material selection basis, hollow ball steel (75MnCr_2NiMo tentative steel number) trial, hollow ball modeling, casting and heat treatment and other content. Based on the examination and data analysis of the performance and structure of hollow steel balls which have been tried out and the suggestions for the future reference for the production of such hollow balls, E-type medium-speed mill for the use of hollow ball material to further improve and shape the work of production, will be in operation after the trial to make improvements.
