目的调查2012年-2014年本地区女性生殖道HPV感染情况和基因分型的分布特征。方法采用流式荧光杂交法对43 446例女性生殖道标本进行HPV DNA分型检测,分析其总体感染率、重叠感染率、年龄和年度的分布特点。结果女性HPV总感染率为12.81%。5 566例阳性病例中单一亚型病毒株感染者占83.49%,双重亚型病毒株感染者占12.99%,三重及三重以上亚型病毒株感染者占3.52%。共检出HPV高危型病毒株5 546株,检出率为12.77%,占阳性病毒株的81.81%;低危型病毒株1 233株,检出率为2.84%,占阳性病毒株的18.19%。≤20岁年龄组和≥61岁年龄组的感染率较高,达到19.78%和18.59%。2012年-2014年连续3年HPV基因亚型的年检出率分别为15.64%、15.83%和15.33%。每年居前5位的高危亚型为HPV 52、HPV 16、HPV 58、HPV 39和HPV 56(除2012年居第4位和第5位的为HPV 56和HPV 39外);居前2位的低危亚型均为HPV 61和HPV 6。结论 HPV在本地女性中有一定的检出率,且连续3年的检出率及基因分型分布特征未发生较大改变。
Objective To investigate the distribution of HPV infection and genotyping of female genital tract in this area from 2012 to 2014. Methods 43 446 female genital tract specimens were tested by flow cytometry (FCM) for genotyping of HPV DNA. The infection rates, overlapping infection rates, age and distribution of HPV were analyzed. Results The total infection rate of female HPV was 12.81%. Among the 566 positive cases, 83.49% were infected with a single subtype of virus, 12.99% were infected with a double subtype of virus, and 3.52% were infected with triple and triple subtype of virus. A total of 5 546 HPV high-risk strains were detected, the detection rate was 12.77%, accounting for 81.81% of the positive strains; low-risk strains 1 233 strains, the detection rate was 2.84%, accounting for 18.19% of the positive strains, . The infection rates of patients ≤20 years and ≥61 years old were higher, reaching 19.78% and 18.59% respectively. The annual detection rates of HPV subtypes for three consecutive years from 2012 to 2014 were 15.64%, 15.83% and 15.33%, respectively. The top five risky subtypes are HPV 52, HPV 16, HPV 58, HPV 39 and HPV 56 (except for HPV 56 and HPV 39, ranking 4th and 5th in 2012); among the top 2 The low-risk subtypes are HPV 61 and HPV 6. Conclusion HPV has a certain detection rate in local women, and the detection rate and genotyping distribution characteristics of three consecutive years have not changed significantly.
