法律英语文词艰涩难懂,语句冗长复杂,如对其处理不当,则很难避免逻辑含糊、语义不明的现象。英语重形合,汉语重意合,这是否意味着在法律英语的汉译本中,亦应采取意合。因此以此为切入点,通过对英汉语言及英汉法律语言的对比分析,指出逻辑外显有利于解决英语法律文本汉译中可能存在的逻辑含糊与语义不明的问题,并通过实例分析进一步证明其必要性与可行性。
Legal English difficult and difficult to understand words, sentences lengthy and complex, if not handled properly, it is difficult to avoid the logic of ambiguity, the phenomenon of unknown semantics.
