徐昌荣先生江西永修人。1988年9月进入清华大学工程力学系学习,1997年6月获得清华大学工程力学系工程热物理专业博士学位后加入北京和利时系统工程有限公司,到2000年4月期间历任项目负责人,事业部工程部副部长,主持开发电站锅炉燃烧器管理系统、现场总线控制系统,组织实施汽轮机数字电液控制系统工程项目,参与核电站试验仪表系统方案设计及工程实施。2000年5月~2002年年底担任公司事业部副总工程师,事业都副总经理,负责循环流化臻机组热工控制系统的研发及市场推广。2003年1月~2006年9月任公司总裁助理、PLC事业部总经理,全面负责公司PLC业务。2006年10月升任杭州和利时自动化有限公司副总经理。2008年6月6日,正式出任和利时新的业务单元北京和利时自动化驱动技术有限公司常务副总经理。在其负责PLC业务期间,和利时PLC业务取得了每年翻番的好业绩,品牌知名度相应得到很好的提升。
Mr. Xu Changrong, Jiangxi Yongxiu. In September 1988, he entered the Department of Engineering Mechanics, Tsinghua University, and received a Ph.D. in Engineering Thermodynamics from the Department of Engineering Mechanics of Tsinghua University in June 1997. He joined Beijing Heishi System Engineering Co., Ltd., and was the project leader during April 2000. The Deputy Minister of the Engineering Department of the Business Department chaired the development of the boiler burner management system and fieldbus control system for the power station, organized the implementation of the digital electro-hydraulic control system project for the turbine, and participated in the program design and project implementation of the nuclear power plant test instrument system. From May 2000 to the end of 2002, he served as the deputy chief engineer of the company’s business department and deputy general manager of the business department, responsible for the R&D and marketing of the thermal fluid control system of the circulating fluidized-gas unit. From January 2003 to September 2006, he served as Assistant to the President of the Company and General Manager of the PLC Division and was responsible for the company’s PLC business. In October 2006, he was promoted to Deputy General Manager of Hangzhou Heli Automation Co., Ltd. On June 6th, 2008, he officially became the new deputy general manager of Beijing Lishi Automation Drive Technology Co., Ltd. and the new business unit of Lishi. During its period of responsibility for PLC business, Hollysys PLC business has achieved a good performance that doubles every year, and the brand awareness has been improved accordingly.
