20世纪中叶以后,德语哲学界产生了许多重要的新理论新思想,出现了不少有国际影响的哲学家,哲学发展出现了多元化的状况与趋势。这表明当代德语哲学进入了明显的转型期,呈现出更多的创新活力。其主要的研究领域、研究进路集中在当代实践哲学、文化和跨文化哲学、当代现象学、英美分析哲学的影响与汇通和对传统哲学史的当代诠释这五个方面。重视开展当代德语哲学的译介与研究,对我们及时掌握当今欧洲哲学界的研究重心与思想趋向,更全面深入地理解传统德语哲学经典,掌握最新诠释和解读方式,为建立汉语和德语思想界之间实时的对话互动奠定基础,推进外国哲学研究的深入发展,具有重要意义。
