目的全面系统地观察分析空腹血糖(FPG)、血清胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗性(IR)与急性脑梗死体积的相 关性及其意义。方法同步采集急性脑梗死体积(CT多田氏法计算)、FPG(特异性葡萄糖氧化酶法)、FINS(放射免疫法)、 IR[In( 1/FPG×FINS)法]的数值,并与急性脑外伤组及正常对照组比较,组间两样本均数比较采用计量资料 t检验,两变量 间关系采用直线相关分析。结果FPG、FINS、IR在急性脑梗死时与急性脑外伤时一样,与正常对照组相比明显升高 (p< 0.01)。急性脑梗死体积与FPG、IR呈正相关,有显著性意义(P< 0.05)。与FINS虽呈正相关,但无显著性意义(P> 0.05)。结论急性脑梗死中大灶梗死体积与FPG、IR水平呈明显正相关,而与FINS无明显相关性。此时FPG、FINS、IR升高 主要与机体应激反应有关。
Objective To comprehensively and systematically observe the relationship between fasting blood glucose (FPG), insulin (FINS) and insulin resistance (IR) and the volume of acute cerebral infarction and its significance. Methods The values of acute cerebral infarction volume (computed by CT Tada method), FPG (specific glucose oxidase method), FINS (radioimmunoassay) and IR [In (1 / FPG × FINS) Brain trauma group and normal control group, the two groups were compared between the two groups using measurement data t test, the relationship between the two variables using linear correlation analysis. Results FPG, FINS and IR were significantly increased in acute cerebral infarction compared with those in acute traumatic brain injury (p <0.01). There was a positive correlation between the volume of acute cerebral infarction and FPG, IR (P <0.05). Although there was a positive correlation with FINS, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusions The infarct volume in focal cerebral infarction has a positive correlation with FPG and IR, but not with FINS. At this point FPG, FINS, IR increased mainly with the body’s stress response.
