[背景]新形势下,党建工作要与时俱进、开拓创新,必须努力建设一支与发展相适应的高素质党支部书记队伍。中建一局建设发展公司党委在实践中发现,公司项目部党支部书记队伍的年龄、知识结构整体上不够优化以及后备人才不足,成为困扰工作持续创新发展的难题。尤其是随着公司经营布局向京外的不断拓展,培养一支数量充足、能打硬仗、独当一面、综合素质优秀的党支部书记队伍,是促进企业又好又快发展的重要保证。
[Background] Under the new situation, the work of Party building must advance with the times and pioneer and innovate. We must strive to build a contingent of highly qualified Party branch secretaries in line with development. The founding of the CPC Committee of the Construction and Development Corporation in the founding of the CPC found that the age of the party branch secretary of the Company’s project department, the overall lack of optimization of the knowledge structure and the shortage of reserve personnel have become problems that have plagued the continuous innovation and development of the work. Especially with the continuous expansion of the Company’s operation layout to Beijing, it is an important guarantee to promote the sound and fast development of the enterprise by fostering a contingent of Party branch secretaries who are capable of fighting a hard battle, working independently and of excellent overall quality.
