目的了解中学生心理卫生健康教育及非震区青少年灾后心理危机干预效果,为青少年心理卫生健康教育提供依据。方法对4所中学的1657人进行各类心理问题的问卷调查,对受调查人员进行危机心理健康及重建心灵家园的专题心理辅导,针对培训前后不同的调查结果进行分析。结果在5.12汶川大地震这一特殊时期非震区中学生普遍存在焦虑、恐惧、抑郁情绪,进行灾后心理危机干预后,这些情绪得到有效缓解。结论震后对非震区青少年进行心理干预,可有效提高他们面对突如其来灾难的应对能力。
Objective To understand the psychological health education for middle school students and the intervention effect of post-disaster psychological crisis among non-earthquake-affected youths, so as to provide the basis for adolescent mental health education. Methods A total of 1,657 people from 4 middle schools were surveyed by questionnaire about various psychological problems. Psychological counseling was conducted on the psychological health of the respondents and the reconstruction of their spiritual home. The results of different surveys before and after training were analyzed. Results In the special period of 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake, anxiety, fear and depression were common among middle school students in non-earthquake areas. After the psychological crisis intervention, these emotions were effectively relieved. Conclusion After the earthquake, mental intervention was made on adolescents in non-earthquake areas to effectively improve their ability to cope with sudden unexpected disasters.
