在职业技术学校教学中,实习教学是非常重要的组成部分。学生在校的生产实习过程就是理论联系实际的实践过程,同时是学校有意识地培养学生实际操作技能,锻炼学生独立操作能力的一个教学过程。生产实习教学的目的是培养出面向企业、面向社会的技能人才。这就要求实习教师在整个生产实习教学过程中,真正发挥实习指导的作用,并且努力提高实习效果,使学生懂原理、懂技术并把所学知识真正使用起来。在本篇论文中,本人对实习教学效果的巩固和延伸提出了自己的观点和意见,仅供参考。为方便论述,本文以数字钟电路为例进行说明。
In vocational and technical schools teaching, internship teaching is a very important part. Students in-school production internship process is the practice of theory with practice, but also the school consciously cultivate students’ practical skills, exercise the ability of independent operation of a teaching process. The purpose of production internship teaching is to cultivate the talent oriented to the enterprise and the society. This requires that the trainee teachers truly play the role of internship guide during the entire production practice teaching and strive to improve the internship effect so that the students can understand the principles, understand the techniques and put the knowledge into practical use. In this essay, I put forward my own views and opinions on the consolidation and extension of the teaching practice in practice, which are for reference only. In order to facilitate the discussion, this article illustrates the digital clock circuit as an example.
