介绍了几种水性浸漆的试验配方,同市售的水性浸漆A.G.Simpson进行性能对比的结果。从中发现,水性浸漆中的溶剂种类和数量极大地影响水性浸漆在贮藏期间的稳定性,水性浸漆的涂膜性能主要取于涂料的组份,特别是使用的水溶性树脂。试验表明,用水溶性酚醛醇酸树脂Synaqua配制的水性浸漆,其性能优于市售水性浸漆A.G.Simpson,并能代替水性浸漆A.G.Simpson用于涂装汽车部件。
The experimental formulations of several waterborne dipping paints are presented and compared with the performance of A.G.Simpson, a commercially available aqueous dipping paint. It has been found that the type and amount of solvent in the waterborne dipping paint greatly affects the stability of the waterborne dipping paint during storage. The performance of the waterborne dipping paint film is mainly based on the components of the paint, especially the water-soluble resin used. Tests show that the water-soluble phenolic alkyd resin Synaqua formulated water-based varnish, its performance superior to the commercially available water-based varnish A.G.Simpson, and can replace the water-based varnish A. G. Simpson for automotive parts.
