MAX90 40 - MAX90 43 and MAX90 5 0 - MAX90 5 3 Ideal for precision battery monitoring. They combine a micro-power comparator and a + 2 .0 48V or + 2.5V precision benchmarks in an extremely space-saving SOT2 3 or μMAX package. The comparator has a 30 0 ns propagation delay, over-supply amplitude, and full-scale output. The benchmark has a maximum initial accuracy of ± 0.4%
