建立于DNA基础上的分子标记技术对小麦抗病育种具有重要作用。SSR标记是建立在PCR技术上的新型分子标记,以其数量丰富、多态性高、重复性好等特点广泛应用于小麦抗病基因的研究。本文就SSR标记在小麦抗病QTL分析、抗病基因标记和定位等方面的研究进展进行综述。
Molecular markers based on DNA technology play an important role in wheat disease-resistant breeding. SSR markers are new molecular markers based on PCR technology. They are widely used in wheat disease resistance genes due to their abundant features, high polymorphism and good repeatability. This review summarizes the progress of SSR markers in wheat disease resistance QTL analysis, disease resistance gene markers and mapping.
