粮食生产历来是湖南省经济的一大优势,近几年来形势变得严竣起来。一是粮食总产和人平占有量逐步下降。八十年代初,我省粮食生产因农业生产责任制落实而得到迅速发展,1983年总产265.385亿公斤,达到历史最高水平。此后连继两年滑坡,1986年一度回升后,1987年又下降至259.37亿公斤,1988年初步摸底为250亿公斤。五年内,粮食总产减少15亿公斤左右,年平均减产3亿公斤。粮食生产下降的同时,全省人口却
Food production has always been a major economic advantage in Hunan Province and the situation has become severe in recent years. First, the total grain output and the share of people gradually decreased. In the early 1980s, grain production in our province was rapidly developed due to the implementation of the responsibility system for agricultural production. In 1983, the total output was 26.5385 billion kilograms, reaching the highest level in history. Since then, the landslide continued even after two years. After its rise in 1986, it dropped to 25,937 million kilograms in 1987 and reached 25 billion kilograms in 1988. In five years, the total grain output will be reduced by about 1.5 billion kilograms and the average annual output will be reduced by 300 million kilograms.
