高校辅导员是高校学生工作最基层的组织管理者和协调人,其工作既繁琐、辛苦,又具有科学和艺术内涵。要创新辅导员工作,首先应学会进行适当的角色定位,以积极乐观的态度对待工作,解决好辅导员众多角色的混乱纠缠;其次要以良师益友的身份走进学生,赠予玫瑰,甘于奉献,注重在学生中树立情感威信和能力威信,必要时能“刚柔”并济,“宽严”结合。要更新管理观念,摆脱居高临下的姿态,促进与学生思想的交融。要充分发挥辅导员的组织、引导和协调作用,细致筹划,大胆放手,积极落实班级自主管理的理念。
College counselors are the most basic organizational managers and coordinators in the work of college students. Their work is cumbersome, laborious and has scientific and artistic connotations. To innovate the work of counselors, we should first learn how to position ourselves appropriately, treat the work with a positive and optimistic attitude, and solve the chaos and entanglement of many roles of counselors. Secondly, we must go to students as mentors and teachers, give roses, be devoted, Pay attention to the establishment of students’ prestige and ability to prestige, and when necessary, “rigid and soft” and economy, “stern ” combination. To update the management concept, get rid of the high profile, and promote the integration of student ideas. We should give full play to the organization of counselors, guide and coordinate their roles, carefully plan and boldly let go and actively implement the concept of class self-management.
