随着山地旅游产业的飞速发展,人才短缺现象突显。本文分析目前贵州山地旅游人才培养现状和不足,借鉴现代学徒制的做法提出新的山地旅游人才培养思路和实践措施,以提升山地旅游人才培养的效果,满足贵州山地旅游产业对复合型人才的需求。
With the rapid development of mountain tourism industry, the phenomenon of talent shortage highlights. This article analyzes the status quo and shortages of mountain tourism talents cultivation in Guizhou at present and proposes a new train of thought and practical measures for mountain tourism talents cultivation by using modern apprenticeship so as to enhance the effect of mountain tourism talent cultivation and meet the demand of mountainous tourism industry for compound talents .
