中国的沿海发达地区已经到了如果不加快进行产业结构调整,就不能应对“入世”挑战,就不能保证持续高速增长势头的转折时期。及时有效地进行产业结构调整的关键在于把握产业调整的方向,而方向识别的关键在于对目标模式特征的把握。本文将以浙江省为中心展开讨论。由于沿海高速增长地区诸省在产业结构、资源结构、发展阶段上的相似性,我们认为,本文的分析和结论对整个中国沿海高速增长地区都将具有普适性。
China’s developed coastal areas have reached a turning point when they can not cope with the challenge of “WTO accession” without accelerating the adjustment of industrial structure and can not guarantee sustained momentum of rapid growth. The key to timely and effectively adjusting the industrial structure lies in grasping the direction of industrial restructuring. The key to identifying the direction lies in grasping the characteristics of the target model. This article will focus on Zhejiang Province to discuss. Due to the similarities in industrial structure, resource structure and stages of development in the provinces with high-speed coastal growth, we believe the analysis and conclusions in this paper will be universal for the entire high-speed coastal growth in China.
