南大梁高速华蓥山隧道存在的不良地质和特殊地质现象主要包括断层破碎带、岩溶及岩溶水、采空区、软弱围岩、石膏及盐溶角砾岩、煤层瓦斯、H2S等有毒有害气体以及高地应力等几种,以上不良地质的存在对施工安全、结构安全、运营安全的危害较大,并严重影响建设工期和工程投资,隧道修建的风险极高。笔者通过具体类似工程实例对南大梁高速公路上的华蓥山隧道的施工阶段风险分析,提出了施工阶段风险分析的必要性、该隧道施工阶段建议处理措施,以期对类似工程的设计与施工起到借鉴作用。
