精液分析是了解男子生育力最简单的一种手段。为评价郑州地区正常生育力男子的精液分析指标,我们对152例妻子怀孕期间的男子进行了精液分析。临床资料受检男子的妻子均在孕10周以前(经HCG试剂检测或B超检查证实)。受检者年龄均在25～36岁之间,平均28.6岁。职业以农民为主,共93例,占61.2％,工人37例,占24.3％,干部22例,占14.5％。受检者禁欲3～7天,采取手淫或上海第二医科大学附属仁济医院研制的振子精液引射器取精。将精液标本无遗地收集在干燥的玻璃瓶内立即
Semen analysis is the simplest means of understanding fertility in men.
