目的:通过试验确定天麻素氯化钠注射液细菌内毒素的具体检测方法。方法:选择不同生产厂家相应灵敏度的鲎试剂,进行干扰试验,研究细菌内毒素检查方法。结果:用灵敏度0.25EU/ml的鲎试剂。进行细菌内毒素检查方法,没有出现干扰作用。结论:天麻素氯化钠注射液可用细菌内毒素检查法代替热原检查法。
Objective: To determine the specific detection method of bacterial endotoxin in gastrodin sodium chloride injection through experiments. Methods: Select the limulus reagent with corresponding sensitivity from different manufacturers, conduct interference test, and study the bacterial endotoxin test method. Results: Sensitization reagent with a sensitivity of 0.25 EU/ml. Bacterial endotoxin tests were performed without interference. Conclusion: Gastrodin sodium chloride injection can be used to replace the pyrogen test with bacterial endotoxin test.
