法治文化建设是社会主义文化建设的重要组成部分,对推进精神文明建设,提高公民素质有着举足轻重的作用。本文结合党的十七届六中全会精神和省委十届九次全会精神,分析检察机关参与法治文化建设来提高公民素质的主要途径,并结合实实践情况提出检察机关加强法治文化建设工作力度的具体建议,以期有助于实践。
The construction of a culture of the rule of law is an important part of the socialist cultural construction and plays an important role in promoting the building of spiritual civilization and improving the quality of citizens. Based on the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and the spirit of the Ninth Plenary Session of the Tenth Plenary Session of the Tenth CPC Central Committee, this paper analyzes the main ways in which procuratorates participate in the culture of the rule of law to improve citizens’ qualities and puts forward the procuratorial organs to strengthen the culture of the rule of law Specific recommendations to help practice.
