目的 了解世居高原男女性在不同海拔高度其血浆中AVP含量的情况。方法 在不同海拔高度测试者用放射免疫分析法进行AVP测定。结果 男、女性随海拔高度的增高 ,AVP含量均有显著性差异。结论 含量的变化可能与低氧性环境有关
Objective To understand the plasma AVP levels of men and women in the plateau at different altitudes. Methods Subjects at different altitudes were tested for AVP using radioimmunoassay. Results Both male and female AVP contents showed significant differences as altitude increased. Conclusion The content of the changes may be related to hypoxic environment
