公通字[2015]11号各省、自治区、直辖市公安厅(局),交通运输厅(局、委),新疆生产建设兵团公安局、交通局,上海市交通运输和港口管理局:为进一步夯实道路货物运输领域反恐工作基础,促进物流业安全健康发展,根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》、《中华人民共和国道路运输条例》等法律法规,现就加强道路运输零担货物受理环节安全管理工作提出要求如下:
