作为一所农村小学,要把艺术教育工作做扎实,提升学生的审美和人文素养,重点是抓好艺术教师的队伍建设。教师是一所学校发展的根本,没有固定的教师,没有教师的发展,就无法实现提升学生审美和人文素养的目标任务。对农村美术教学来说,更看重艺术教师队伍的稳定性、发展性,要呈现“生根发芽开花”状态离不开校长的管理观念,但更重要的是要有一支稳定的、能力强的艺术教师
As a rural primary school, we should do a solid job of art education and enhance students’ aesthetic and humanistic accomplishments. The key point is to do a good job in building a contingent of art teachers. Teachers are the fundamental development of a school, there is no fixed teacher, without the development of teachers, we can not achieve the goal of improving student aesthetic and humanistic accomplishment. For art teaching in rural areas, more emphasis is placed on the stability and development of the art teacher team. It is imperative to show that the state of “rooting, budding and blossom” is inseparable from the principals’ management concept. More importantly, it is necessary to have a steady and competent Art teacher
