当前,我国小微企业正处于“着力培育发展与加快转型升级”的关键时期。本文以南通地区的部分行业小微企业为例,通过实证分析小微企业的经营现状、融资困境,提出了改善小微企业经营和融资状况的对策建议。
At present, China’s small and micro enterprises are in a crucial period of “focusing on fostering development and accelerating transformation and upgrading.” This paper takes some industries in Nantong as an example. Through empirical analysis of the current situation and financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management and financing of small and micro enterprises.
