目的:为确定葛根的最佳采收期提供依据。方法:采用HPLC和UV法测定不同采收期葛根的异黄酮类成分含量,用逐步回归法分析了气候因子对活性成分积累的影响。结果:总黄酮及葛根素等异黄酮成分含量以1月最高,10至11月次之。日照时数和降水量与活性成分的积累有相关性。结论:野葛活性成分的积累主要受其植物内部自身生长发育规律的制约,外界因子有一定影响。最佳采收期为1月或10至11月。
Objective: To provide basis for determining the optimal harvest time of Pueraria. Methods: The content of isoflavones in Radix Puerariae was measured by HPLC and UV method. The effect of climatic factors on the accumulation of active ingredients was analyzed by stepwise regression analysis. Results: The contents of isoflavones such as total flavonoids and puerarin were highest in January, followed by 10 to 11 months. Sunshine hours and precipitation are related to the accumulation of active ingredients. Conclusion: The accumulation of active components in Kudzu is mainly constrained by the internal growth and development of the plant, and external factors have a certain influence. The best harvest period is January or from October to November.
