肺毛细血管平均压(简称肺毛压或肺楔压)可反映左房压,所以在无二尖瓣狭窄时是左室充盈压一个可靠指数。我们用心尖搏动图法来测量肺毛压,以扩大临床应用范围。
Pulmonary capillary pressure average (pulmonary pressure or pulmonary wedge pressure) can reflect the left atrial pressure, so in the absence of mitral stenosis is a reliable index of left ventricular filling pressure. We use apex beat chart method to measure pulmonary capillary pressure, to expand the scope of clinical applications.
