在现代计算机网络技术应用越来越广泛的新形势下,企业保密工作的对象、领域、内容、范围、形式等发生了深刻变化,窃密技术更先进、形式更隐蔽、手段更高超,泄密途径和隐患显巨增多,同时企业的保密意识淡薄,管理制度不完善、防护措施不健全,如何做好新形势下的企业保密管理工作,是摆在保密管理部门面前的一个全新课题。本文通对企业信息化条件下涉密隐患和存在的问题深入分析的基础上,研究探讨了从加强领导和保密意识、规范定密范围、提高技术防范措施和人员素质等做好新形势下企业保密工作的六个应对措施。
