加强对财政预算的监督,是《中华人民共和国各级人民代表大会常务委员会监督法》(以下简称《监督法》)赋予各级人大的一项重要监督职权。如何切实履行好这一职权,发挥各级人用,是当前亟须研究的一个重要问题,其意义和作用不能低估。
Strengthening the supervision of the budget is an important supervisory authority that is vested in the NPC at all levels under the Supervision Law of the Standing Committee of People’s Congress at all levels in the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Supervision Law”). It is an important issue urgently needed to study how to effectively perform this right and to use people at all levels. Its significance and role can not be underestimated.
