目的了解柳州市辖区用血临床输血管理存在问题,探讨输血质量管理暨输血资质评审辅导工作对临床输血质量管理相关环节的影响程度;方法调查2009-2012年医院输血质量管理及输血资质评审辅导前后辖区内各用血医院硬件配置、文件纪录规范程度、分区合理性等指标,并进行综合评价;结果 2010年之前冰箱、专用离心机等硬件基本满足率为36.84%,库房分区符合率为33.33%(19/57),经辅导后用血医院硬件配置基本满足率达到95.24%,库房分区符合率达100%。2010年之前检查57家用血医院中258个文件、342个记录,基本规范分别为85个文件、131个记录;经评审辅导后,检查用血医院42家、210个文件、252个记录,基本规范分别为209个文件、250个记录,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=219.71 P<0.01;χ2=233.98,P<0.01)。总体综合评价,用血医院评审前后的评审符合率差异有统计学意义(χ2=38.45 P<0.01)。结论输血质量管理及资质评审辅导对输血相关硬件配置、软件完善及输血质量管理水平提高有促进作用;卫生管理部门周期性对医院输血资质评审并执行行业准入制度对输血质量管理将起到关键的推动作用。
Objective To understand the existing problems of blood transfusion management in Liuzhou municipality area and to explore the influence of transfusion quality management and transfusion qualification review and counseling on the related aspects of clinical transfusion quality management.Methods To investigate the influence of transfusion quality management and blood transfusion qualification assessment counseling in 2009-2012 The results showed that the basic satisfaction rate of hardware such as refrigerators and special centrifuges was 36.84% before the year of 2010, the coincidence rate of warehouse division was 33.33% (19/57). After the counseling, the hospital hardware configuration basic satisfaction rate reached 95.24%, the warehouse district compliance rate reached 100%. Before the year of 2010, there were 258 files in 57 blood hospitals, 342 records, and the basic norms were 85 files and 131 records respectively. After the examination, 42 blood hospitals, 210 files and 252 records were inspected, There were 209 documents and 250 records respectively. The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 219.71 P <0.01; χ2 = 233.98, P <0.01). The overall comprehensive evaluation, with blood hospital accreditation review before and after the coincidence rate was statistically significant (χ2 = 38.45 P <0.01). Conclusion The quality management of blood transfusion and counseling of qualification review have a positive effect on the hardware configuration, software improvement and quality control of blood transfusion. The hygienic management department periodically reviews the hospital blood transfusion qualification and executes the industry access system, which will play a key role in transfusion quality management The role of promotion.
