闵行区农业加大科技力度，自１９９３～１９９９ 年的７ 年间，全面推广水稻现代农艺技术，取得了较好的社会、经济效益。首先基本解决了粮农的“三弯腰”困苦，解放了生产力，从而推动了农村经济的发展。其次，节省了用地，减少了农本，提高了单产，促进了农民增产增收，从而调动了农民的种粮积极性。随着粮食生产水平的提高，有利于稳定总量，腾出耕地面积，发展经济作物，促进种植业结构调整和都市型现代农业的建设。
Minhang District, agriculture to increase scientific and technological efforts, from 1993 to 1999, seven years, the full promotion of modern rice agronomic technology, and achieved good social and economic benefits. First of all, it basically solved the “three bends and lumbar” difficulties of grain and peasants, liberated their productive forces and promoted the development of rural economy. Second, saving land, reducing the cost of farming, raising yields, and boosting peasants ’increased production and income so as to mobilize peasants’ enthusiasm for planting grain. With the improvement of grain production level, it is in favor of stabilizing the total amount, freeing up cultivated land, developing cash crops, and promoting the restructuring of planting industry and the construction of modern urban agriculture.
