讲解员是纪念馆的名片,他们向观众传达陈列展示内容、传递文化知识,是纪念馆与社会观众有效沟通的桥梁和纽带。讲解员的职业素养直接关系到纪念馆的形象和对社会宣传的效果,所以厘清讲解员的角色定位,提高讲解员的职业素养对于发挥纪念馆的对外宣传功能具有重要的作用。笔者结合在铁岭市周恩来少年读书旧址纪念馆从事讲解工作已达20余年的工作经历,对纪念馆讲解员的能力和素养提出一些理解与看法。
The instructors are business cards of the memorial hall. They convey the contents of the exhibition to the audience and convey the cultural knowledge. They are the bridge and link for the effective communication between the memorial hall and the social audience. The professional qualifications of the instructors are directly related to the image of the memorial hall and the effect of publicity on the society. Therefore, clarifying the role orientation of the instructors and improving the vocational qualifications of the instructors play an important role in exerting the external publicity function of the memorial hall. The author combined Tieling City Zhou Enlai juvenile study site memorial hall has been engaged in explaining the work has been more than 20 years of work experience, the memorial hall of the capacity and accomplishment put forward some understanding and view.
