生姜是生长在温带的一年生植物,近几年“南姜北移”已有成效.台安县新开河、桑林、黄沙等九个公社,今年试栽118亩,平均亩产1,500斤,最高达2,300斤.主要技术环节如下:一、选种晾晒 姜种冬季窖藏,第二年“清明”出窖,挑选含水量充分、姜芽完好、肉质黄白色的姜块做种.挑选出的姜种放置阳光下晾晒1~2天以灭菌防腐,提高姜种温度.
