卵泡刺激索(FSH)对其受体(FSH-R)的作用是卵泡发育过程的中心环节。泌乳素(PRL)是促进细胞分化与增殖的生长调节因子,但PRL亦可通过抑制促性腺激素分泌而抑制卵巢功能。该研究目的为进一步确定PRL对颗粒细胞中FSH-R亲和力及孕酮(P)合成分泌的影响。从幼猪(p)卵巢非闭锁卵泡中提取未成熟颗粒细胞分成5组进行体外培养,即:空白对照组、生理浓度的羊(o)PRL组(1205ng/ml)、3个高浓度oPRL组(25,50,75ng/ml)。5组细胞培养4天,培养基中均加入纯化的pFSH(10ng/ml)。每2天更换培养基1次,保存于-20℃行孕酮放射
The role of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) on its receptor (FSH-R) is central to follicular development.
